Changzhou Jiafa recently won the bid for the Shandong Longkete Annual Production 35000 tons New Enzyme Preparation Project (bidding number: LKTM2020-1)

2. The entire production line adopts pipeline and conveyor belt turnover from loading to packaging, with quick opening clamp connection method, without dead corners, easy disassembly, and easy cleaning.

The winning equipment for this bid includes a complete set of equipment such as dust-free feeding, vacuum feeding, buffering storage, high-speed mixing, automatic measurement of enzyme solution, batching, granulation, conveying, spherical granulation, continuous drying, screening, and coating.
This winning bid marks the leap to a higher platform for Changzhou Jiafa's fully enclosed production line of 300-2000 kilograms of feed additives. So far, Changzhou Jiafa has successfully designed and applied nearly 30 production lines in the field of feed additives (enzyme preparations, acidifiers, amino acids, vitamins, multi mineral trace elements), poultry rumination, and other fields!
